 Since the early 1990’s we have both been driving school bus for the school corporation here in Steuben County. Many of our customers value this experience as they feel that a bridge of trust has been built. Since their most valued treasure has been entrusted to our care we have earned their confidence and have a reputation of dependability.
Over the course of the past few years, we saw a need for our services when three personal friends had home fires. We witnessed first hand, not only the devastation of the actual fires but we observed the tedious and difficult process of listing the entire contents of each home for the insurance company. We learned it was virtually impossible to list every item in each home and they all reluctantly admitted, after the insurance company settled their claim, that they had forgotten to list many things. One friend didn’t remember the diamond ring her grandmother had given her. Another forgot to claim the Hancock chair which was stuffed in the corner of her basement along with other valuable antiques. The third friend had to hire an arbitrator to deal with the insurance company so a settlement could be reached.
Two things became crystal clear:
